Resume Data: If you upload your resume during onboarding, it is processed to personalize your email drafts. Resume data is stored securely and only used for email generation.

LinkedIn Data: When you use the extension on a LinkedIn profile, we extract publicly visible profile information (name, headline, experience) to personalize outreach messages. We do not store LinkedIn data on our servers beyond the duration of the request.

Usage Data: We track the number of credits used and your subscription tier to manage your account.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate personalized networking emails on your behalf.
  • To manage your account, credits, and subscription status.
  • To improve the quality of our AI-generated content.
  • To respond to support requests and inquiries.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:

  • Anthropic (Claude): Profile and resume excerpts are sent to our AI provider solely for email generation.
  • Supabase: User account data and usage records are stored securely in our database.
  • ExtensionPay: Subscription and payment processing is handled by ExtensionPay / Stripe.

We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), OAuth 2.0 authentication, and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data.
